The Drama program at Kogarah Intensive English Centre aims to enhance students' expression and communication through performance. Students engage in the study of Drama through creating and improvising, performing and appreciating Drama. They do this through a variety of dramatic forms and performance styles. The Drama program encourages and integrates language skills by incorporating listening, spontaneous verbal expression, collaborative group work, script writing and reading. It also teaches students the power of non-verbal communication. Performances at assemblies give students the opportunity to increase their confidence and showcase their work.
